Camps and Classes
Whether that performance is between the lines or in everyday life, we can guide you toward improvement. At Succeed, we believe in quality versus quantity so we keep our participant to instructor ratio very low, ensuring you receive the individual attention you deserve to achieve the results you desire. We’ll even customize a private camp or class for you at your desired location.
Speed, Agility and Stamina
This nine-week Speed, Agility, and Stamina camp is perfect for fall and winter sport athletes already participating in a strength training program but who have the desire to improve their speed, agility and stamina. Athletes will perform specific drills and exercises designed to teach proper sprinting technique and improve agility, explosiveness, reaction time, acceleration, deceleration, change-of-direction, speed endurance, and lactic acid tolerance.
Total Athletic Development
Our Total Athletic Development camp is designed for athletes who want to improve their overall athleticism with the added bonus of a customized at-home training program and technical support via e-mail. Upon completing this week long camp, each athlete will receive a four-week internet-based summer athletic development program with on-going e-mail support to address any questions or concerns. The following athletic components will be addressed: warm-up/cool-down, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training, strength training, sprint mechanics, dynamic flexibility, and core strength.
Fitness For Golf
Would your golf game benefit from gaining strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance? Fitness For Golf is a six-week class designed for men, women and juniors of all ages and skill levels interested in improving their golf game through fitness. Participants will perform specific exercises designed to increase shoulder turn, reduce low back pain, and improve their weight transfer, strength, power and endurance – all components critical to achieving a consistent and repeatable golf swing. Fitness is Fun (for kids)
Fitness is Fun is a seven-week class geared toward children ages 10 to 17 interested in improving their overall fitness. While we will be working hard, our focus will be on creating an environment where fitness is fun in hopes of guiding the children toward a lifelong enjoyment of exercise. Participants will be evaluated to determine their current level of fitness and an individualized program will then be designed and implemented throughout the summer to help children address weaknesses and make improvements. All exercises will be age appropriate.
Fitness is Fun (for adults)
Fitness can be fun. Let us show you how. This seven-week class is for adults of all ages and abilities interested in improving their overall fitness in a small group setting. Our focus will be on creating an environment where fitness is fun and enjoyable. Participants will be evaluated in the following areas: muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility and an individualized program will be designed and implemented to help each participant address their weaknesses and make improvements.
