Team Training
Succeed Personal Training, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, offers team training to individuals and groups.
Team Training
Our philosophy is that sport specific coaching should be left to the experts—you as coaches. We also believe that sport coaches shouldn’t have to be the experts in strength and conditioning. Are your athletes fit, fast and flexible? How far ahead of the competition would you be if your athletes were already in shape on the first day of practice?
Our team training is founded upon a working partnership between you, the coach, and Succeed. Our athletic development coaches are exercise science degreed, have been certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and have hands-on experience guiding teams to athletic excellence. Let us help your team succeed.
Team Strength and Conditioning
Coaches, each sixty-minute team strength and conditioning workout is administered by Succeed at your practice facility and is customized according to your goals, your team’s developmental level, and equipment availability.
Strength and Conditioning for the Coach
Coaches, do you want to develop better athletes? During our two-hour experiential coach’s workshop, we’ll teach you drills and exercises you can implement during practice designed to improve your athletes’ strength, speed, power, agility, lateral movement, endurance and flexibility—all components critical to being a great athlete.
Are you looking for an edge over the competition? Succeed will design a written program to help you improve your team’s athleticism and conditioning and during our two-hour experiential coach’s workshop, we’ll give you the tools necessary to implement this program on your own. Plus, you’ll receive on-going telephone and e-mail support to address your questions and concerns along the way.
Athletic Development / Fitness Testing
Are you interested in your athletes making measurable gains? Succeed will administer a series of tests to each of your athletes designed to measure their level of fitness and/or athleticism. The testing data obtained can then be used to create a strength and conditioning program (additional fee) or to measure progress over time.
